Delivery Method

  • Local pickup at MRT Control (From Monday to Friday, pickup is only from 7pm to 9pm and delivery is free between Jurong East to Bugis or Harbour Front to Little India station and for the rest of the MRT, LRT and NEL station, the cost of delivery is SGD 1.50 extra. The cost for weekend pickup is flat SGD 3.00 for all station.)
  • Local home delivery (From Monday to Friday is only avaliable from 7pm to 9pm and is SGD 4.00 extra and Weekend from 10am to 9pm is SGD 6.00 extra)
  • Normal mail delivery
  • Secured mail delivery

P.S. The mail delivery charges will depend on the weight of the items. Do contact us to find out more on the delivery charges to your destination country.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Process

  1. Minimium order of SGD 5.00 is required for local pickup delivery. Delivery to Singapore address is waive for all order above SGD 50.00.
  2. Once order is received via the online form or email, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered and reply promptly.
  3. An order confirmation email will be sent back including delivery charges if applicable and payment detail.
  4. Upon receiving confirmation reply of your orders and payment confirmation for oversea and local mail delivery, mail order will be shipped out. For local cash delivery, no payment is required but confirmation is still needed.
  5. Local mail delivery will take up to 3-5 days and Oversea delivery will take up to 1-2 weeks upon confirmation of order and payment.

P.S. Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in respond and delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

-Singapore-

  1. Cash on delivery for local pickup delivery
  2. Other delivery payment can be made by Internet Banking / ATM fund transfer

-Malaysia (Johor Bahru)-

  1. Cash on delivery if meet at City square
  2. Other payment can be made through Maybank internet banking / Maybank ATM deposit or fund transfer

-Outside Singapore-

  1. Customers have to pay in full amount for the products they have ordered before delivery.
  2. All Payment can be made through Western Union / PayPal / Telegraphic transfer (TT) to our bank accounts.
